ZENTRIC PTE LTD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We are ZENTRIC PTE LTD (202430783N) trading as OZO (www.ozopowertrack.com).
IMPORTANT: BY PURCHASING / USING ZENTRIC PTE LTD PRODUCTS, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
1.1 By placing an Order, The Purchaser agrees and understands that Zentric Pte Ltd may store, process and use data collected from The Purchaser's Order form or phone/fax/email Order for the purposes of processing the Order.
1.2 We would ensure our utmost effort in matching your selected item(s) with the picture(s) shown on our official website, flyers, catalogs, pamphlets and advertisements. The purchaser must accept and undertakes to indemnify Zentric Pte Ltd for slight discrepancies of color shade and/or color tone between reality and what are shown on pictures.
1.3 Zentric Pte Ltd reserves the right, at any time and at its sole discretion, to modify and/or remove and/or discontinue any Product listed on our store(s) or website.
1.4 While we make every effort to fulfil all orders, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally prevent us from doing so. In such cases, Zentric Pte Ltd reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel the affected order. If payment has already been made, the full amount paid will be refunded to the purchaser (excluding any value of discounts, promo code, voucher, store credit applied).
1.5 Any time or date for delivery named by Zentric Pte Ltd is an estimate only and Zentric Pte Ltd shall not be liable for the consequences of any delay.
1.6 By purchasing EXPORT ONLY product(s), the purchaser acknowledges and agrees that the product is intended exclusively for international use and shall not be used within Singapore under any circumstances.
1.7 Zentric Pte Ltd does not warrant that the operation of the product(s) will be uninterrupted or error-free. Zentric Pte Ltd is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the use(s) of product(s).
1.8 In no event shall Zentric Pte Ltd be liable for personal injury, or any incident or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from any breach of warranty or conditional, or under any other legal theory, including without limitation to damages for loss of profits; loss of revenue; loss of actual or anticipated profits (including loss of profits on contracts); loss of the use of money; loss of anticipated savings; loss of business; loss of opportunity; loss of goodwill; loss of reputation; or any direct or indirect or consequential loss or damage howsoever caused including the replacement of equipment, property, damage cause to wallpaper, painting, furniture and flooring.
1.9 The foregoing limitation shall not apply to death or personal injury claims, or any statutory liability for international and gross negligent acts and/or omissions.
1.10 Zentric Pte Ltd shall not be held responsible for any fault/loss/damage/injury etc caused by our recommended contractor in the course of installation of product(s).
1.11 Terms & Conditions of warranty shall be exclusively written in this document. No oral or other written information or an Zentric Pte Ltd representative shall create a warranty.
1.12 Zentric Pte Ltd Management reserves all rights to vary stated Terms & Conditions.
2. WARRANTY
2.1 Zentric Pte Ltd Ten (10) Year Limited Warranty, applicable for Eligible Product. Eligible Product refers to OZO Power Track (All series) and OZO Adaptor (All variations).
2.2 The warranty is valid only when an eligible OZO product is purchased through our Official Website www.ozopowertrack.com.
2.3 If the Purchaser has purchased the product(s) through an Authorised Dealer store, the Purchaser shall follow up directly with the respective store to process any warranty claims or related matters. Please note that specific terms and conditions may vary between authorised retail outlets.
2.4 The warranty is valid for ten (10) years from the date of purchase stated in the purchases invoice issued upon purchase of product(s).
2.5 The warranty is strictly non-transferable; it is only applicable to the original purchaser. Third parties are not entitled to the warranty.
2.6 The original purchases invoice (physical or digital) must be presented upon requesting for one-to-one exchange and/or repair/service.
2.7 The warranty does not apply: (a) to consumable parts, such as protective coatings designed to diminish over time; (b) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and cracks; (c) to damage caused by use with non-Zentric Pte Ltd product(s); (d) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire, earthquakes or other external causes; (e) to damage caused by repair/service performed by anyone who is not a representative of Zentric Pte Ltd; (f) to product(s) or part(s) that has or have been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of Zentric Pte Ltd; (g) to defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product(s) such as LED indicator/status lights whose brightness or performance naturally diminishes over time; (h) if any Zentric Pte Ltd product(s) serial number has or have been removed or defaced; (i) to damage caused by unauthorised attempts to open, repair and/or modify the product(s); (j) to damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the use(s) of product(s).
2.8 For repair/service of Zentric Pte Ltd product(s) after the warranty period of ten (10) years from date of purchase, The Purchaser is still required to produce the original purchases invoice. Standard rates will be chargeable for all services provided which is determined by Zentric Pte Ltd.
2.9 Free of charge product(s) should be stated in the invoice. All free of charge product(s) are not under warranty by Zentric Pte Ltd.
2.10 If the Purchaser has purchased the product(s) on www.ozopowertrack.com, drop us an email at contact@ozo.sg to process any warranty claims. Should a one-to-one exchange be deemed necessary, the Purchaser shall bring the eligible OZO product(s) to Oxley Bizhub 1, #01-26/27, S408727 for a further warranty assessment. For product(s) that qualifies under our warranty, Zentric Pte Ltd will provide a one-to-one exchange; if the product(s) is/are unavailable or discontinued, Zentric Pte Ltd reserves the right to offer either a comparable replacement or store credit of equivalent value, at its sole discretion.
3. RETURN, REFUND, EXCHANGE
IMPORTANT: Zentric Pte Ltd does not represent, endorse, or assume responsibility for the return, refund, or exchange policies of any Authorised Dealer or third party. Purchaser(s) who have purchased product(s) from Authorised Dealer(s) are advised to refer to and comply with the respective store’s terms and conditions.
3.1 This Return, Refund, Exchange Policy applies only to OZO product(s) purchased first-hand from www.ozopowertrack.com. Any OZO Product(s) purchased through Third Party Platform(s) and/or Reseller(s) and/or Authorised Dealer(s) are not covered under this Return, Refund, Exchange Policy.
3.2 The Return and/or Exchange validity period is 7 days of receiving your order and/or collection date.
3.3 To be eligible for any Return and/or Exchange, the product(s) must be in its original purchase condition i.e. brand new, unopened, unused, unmarked, unaltered, un-installed and in its original packaging. Product(s) purchased as part of a set must be returned as a whole set (inclusive of any free gift(s) if applicable).
3.4 Drop us an email at contact@ozo.sg to submit any Return/Exchange Request. Our Customer Care team will review the request and advise on the next steps. For eligible request(s), the Purchaser may be required to bring the product(s) together with the original proof of purchase (physical or online invoice) to Oxley Bizhub, 61 Ubi Road 1, #01-26/27, Singapore 408727 for further assessment and processing of the return and/or exchange.
3.5 For eligible returns, refunds will be issued in the form of store credits or voucher codes with no expiry. The value of any Discounts applied to the original purchase, including (a) cash voucher(s), (b) voucher(s), (c) promo code(s), and (d) store credit(s), as well as an Administrative Fee to cover bank transaction and processing costs (the amount of which varies depending on the payment method and applicable third-party fees), will be deducted from the issued credits. There will be strictly no cash refunds.
3.6 All eligible Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested product is unavailable, Zentric Pte Ltd may offer an alternative product of equivalent value or provide store credit / voucher code or arrange another solution at our discretion.
3.7 All Returns and/or Exchanges are final. Any product in an order that is returned and/or exchanged cannot be returned or exchanged again.
3.8 For product(s) that arrived damaged or defective on arrival / collection, contact Zentric Pte Ltd within 7 days of delivery / collection date
3.8.1 Email: contact@ozo.sg (include your order number, clear photos/video of the issue, and the outer packaging/label). Product must be unused, unaltered, unmarked, un-installed and in its original packaging, with all accessories. Please retain all packaging until we confirm next steps.
3.8.2 Resolution: After assessment and approval, Zentric Pte Ltd will typically replace the product. If a replacement isn’t available, we may offer store credit or a refund at our discretion. Requests that don’t meet eligibility criteria may be declined.
3.9 Cash Refunds (Exceptional Cases) - In rare circumstances where a cash refund is approved at our sole discretion: (i) The value of any discounts applied to the original purchase, including (a) cash voucher(s), (b) voucher(s), (c) promo code(s), and (d) store credit(s) is not applicable for any return and/or exchange and/or refund; (ii) An administrative fee will be deducted to cover bank transaction fees and processing costs (amount varies by payment method and third-party fees).
3.9.1 Once approved, refunds are issued within 14 business days to purchaser’s original payment method (unless otherwise specified by Zentric Pte Ltd).
3.10 Product(s) not eligible for returns and/or refunds and/or exchanges include: (a) Product(s) that have been returned and/or exchanged before; (b) Product(s) that is/are stated non-exchangeable or non-returnable in product listing / description; (c) Product(s) that are not in their original packaging, or that have been used, installed, or altered (d) Product(s) damage from misuse, improper care, or normal wear & tear; (e) The value of any discount(s), cash voucher(s), voucher(s), promo code(s), or store credit used in the purchase; (f) Request(s) reported after 7 days of delivery / collection date; (g) Missing proof of issue (photos/video/packaging); (h) Free gifts and/or promotional items; (i) Service-related purchases; (j) Deposits for product(s) and/or package(s) and/or customised service plans; (k) Product(s) purchased through third parties, promotional events, trade shows; (l) Request(s) due to change in price of product(s).
3.11 Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For approved returns/exchanges, purchasers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise specified by Zentric Pte Ltd.
3.12 All deposits paid are not refundable once orders are made available. In the event of non-availability of such item(s), the deposit in respect of the ordered item(s) shall be refunded to the purchaser and neither party shall have and further rights against the other.
3.13 Our decisions on all questions relating to complaints as to defects either of workmanship or material shall be conclusive become the property of Zentric Pte Ltd.
