RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Welcome to OZO. Every item is thoughtfully inspected and beautifully packed with care. By purchasing, you agree to the terms below
Return & Exchange Policy applies only to OZO product(s) purchased directly first-hand from www.ozopowertrack.com only in order to be eligible for return with us.
Return & Exchange Requests
The Return and/or Exchange validity period is 7 days of receiving your order and/or collection date.
To be eligible for any Return and/or Exchange, the product(s) must be in its original purchase condition i.e. brand new, unopened, unused, unmarked, unaltered, un-installed and in its original packaging.
Product(s) purchased as part of a set must be returned as a whole set (inclusive of any free gift(s) if applicable).
All Return and/or Exchange product(s) will be assessed by our team before the request can be processed. All Return and/or Exchange requests to be carried out at our Main Showroom (Oxley Bizhub, 61 Ubi Road 1, #01-26/27, Singapore 408727) during working hours.
Please bring your product(s) and the receipt / online invoice down for the Return and/or Exchange assessment.
For eligible returns, refunds will be issued in the form of store credits or voucher codes with no expiry. The value of any Discounts applied to the original purchase, including (a) cash voucher(s), (b) voucher(s), (c) promo code(s), and (d) store credit(s), as well as an Administrative Fee to cover bank transaction and processing costs (the amount of which varies depending on the payment method and applicable third-party fees), will be deducted from the issued credits. There will be strictly no cash refunds.
All eligible Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product of equivalent value or provide store credit / voucher code or arrange another solution at our discretion.
All Returns and/or Exchanges are final. Any product in an order that is returned and/or exchanged cannot be returned or exchanged again.
Incorrect, Damaged or Defective on Arrival / Collection
We sincerely apologise for any incorrect or defective items received. If your product appears incorrect or damaged / defective on arrival / collection, contact us within 7 days of delivery / collection date
- Email: contact@ozo.sg (include your order number, clear photos/video of the issue, and the outer packaging/label).
- Product must be unused, unaltered, unmarked, un-installed and in its original packaging, with all accessories.
- Please retain all packaging until we confirm next steps.
Resolution: After assessment and approval, we’ll typically replace the product. If a replacement isn’t available, we may offer store credit or a refund at our discretion.
Requests that don’t meet eligibility criteria may be declined.
Not Eligible
We do not accept returns and/or exchanges and/or refunds for:
- Product(s) that have been returned and/or exchanged before
- Product(s) that is/are stated non-exchangeable and/or non-returnable in product listing / description
- Product(s) that are not in their original packaging, or that have been used, installed, or altered
- Product(s) damage from misuse, improper care, or normal wear & tear
- The value of any discount(s), cash voucher(s), voucher(s), promo code(s), or store credit used in the purchase
- Request(s) reported after 7 days of delivery / collection date
- Missing proof of issue (photos/video/packaging)
- Free gifts and/or promotional items
- Service-related purchases
- Deposits for product(s) and/or package(s) and/or customised service plans
- Product(s) purchased through third parties, promotional events, trade shows
- Request(s) due to change in price of product(s)
Shipping Fees
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For approved returns or exchanges, customers may bring the product(s) to our Main Showroom (Oxley Bizhub, 61 Ubi Road 1, #01-26/27, Singapore 408727) during working hours. If product(s) is/are shipped back to us, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated by OZO.
