Product Warranty

Your peace of mind matters to us. 

We provide a 10-Year Warranty coverage and a 1-1 exchange policy* if your OZO product develops a fault caused by manufacturing defects during the warranty period. 

Eligible Product covered under warranty include:

  • OZO Power Track (All series)
  • OZO Adaptor (All types) 

Warranty applies from the date of purchase.

What's not covered - Our warranty does not apply to: consumable parts; cosmetic damage; damage caused by abuse, misuse, neglect or careless operation of product, liquid contact, fire, earthquakes or other external causes; incorrect installation; damage caused by third party installers; normal wear & tear; unauthorised attempts to open, repair, modify the product(s).
