How do I place an order online?
To make a purchase, follow these general steps of your shopping journey with us:
- Choose product(s) and add to cart
- Select cart icon and check your order details at the Checkout page
- If all details are accurate, click on ‘checkout’
- Provide billing and shipping information, then click ‘continue’
- All sales are final, kindly review your order before proceeding with payment
- For successful transactions, you will receive an order confirmation email shortly after payment. Please email us at contact@ozo.sg if you did not receive a confirmation.
- Our Customer Care team will give you a call within 2 working days to confirm your self collection / delivery date (read more here).
Do I have to create an account to shop with you?
No, guest checkout is available. However, creating an account lets you view your order history. If you check out as a guest, we’ll still email your invoice to the email address you provided at checkout but past orders won’t appear in an online account.
Can I make amendments to my order after confirmation?
Amendments or cancellations can't be made once your order has been placed / confirmed. Please review your product(s), shipping address, and payment details before checking out.
Incorrect/Missing items in my order, what do I do?
Please drop us an email at ozo@contact.sg or call us at 6702 6080 during working hours. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible on the next steps to take.
What happens if the product I have ordered or made payment is out of stock?
We try our best to ensure accurate stock depiction, but should it occur, we will contact you by email or phone on the next earliest availability date, or an alternative product model. Otherwise, we reserve the rights to cancel and offer a full refund of the out of stock product(s).
Can I order in bulk or place a corporate order?
